This role combines creativity and social engagement with operational recruitment excellence. As Talent Brand Specialist, you'll elevate our people and culture, becoming an internal influencer who turns everyday moments into stories that inspire and attract others to join us. You will also play a crucial part in attracting top talent by focusing on the early stages of the recruitment lifecycle and driving impactful employer branding initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with our Marketing team to create compelling content that aligns with our brand and culture. You'll also support the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and seamless recruitment process.
  • Strengthen Xensam's employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop, measure, and report on recruitment and branding initiatives to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and recruitment campaigns.
  • Plan, organize, and execute branding events while networking within the industry.
  • Document events through photography, video, and surveys to capture insights.
  • Manage the initial stages of the recruitment process, including attraction, sourcing, screening, and initial engagement.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant areas, such as employer branding, social media, marketing, recruitment, or communication.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to create content that aligns with Xensam's brand and culture.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders, including managers, marketing, HR, etc.
  • You thrive in social settings and are driven by a genuine passion and natural talent for building meaningful relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Bonus points if you have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as communication, social media, branding, or marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment tasks such as sourcing, screening, and using tools like LinkedIn and Teamtailor.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, such as Instagram & LinkedIn, to increase brand visibility.
