At MAC, we're seeking a talented and passionate Makeup Artist to join our team in Göteborg. As an on-call employee, you'll work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.



**About the Role**



As a skilled makeup artist, you'll combine your creativity and technical expertise to deliver personalized in-store experiences, educating and delighting our customers. You'll work closely with our team to create impact with in-store events, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and achieve our sales targets.



**Responsibilities**




  • Provide exceptional customer service, finding the right products based on customers' needs
  • Maintain a tidy and well-stocked counter, adhering to brand guidelines
  • Establish collaborative relationships with colleagues and direct managers
  • Administer cashiering, ensuring customer satisfaction and improving loyalty
  • Participate in in-store events and support colleagues as needed


**Requirements**




  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail experience in cosmetics
  • Proficiency in Scandinavian languages and English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Ability to take shifts with short notice
