This dynamic role combines technical expertise, coaching, and innovation. As a Technical Trainer, you will develop and guide dealer trainers and service technicians, ensuring they acquire high-level skills required in today's evolving industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor dealerships' training teams to deliver impactful learning experiences.
• Design and conduct hands-on, skills-based training sessions focusing on must-know essentials for technicians and dealer trainers.
• Explore and integrate new technologies and learning methods to enhance training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality training materials supporting dealer network growth and success.
