Key Responsibilities
  • Support Privacy Matters: Collaborate with our business teams to assess and mitigate privacy risks associated with new initiatives and products.

  • Draft and Update Policies: Develop and maintain comprehensive privacy policies and cookie notices that meet regulatory standards.
  • Continuous Risk Follow-Up: Monitor and evaluate privacy risks associated with ongoing initiatives to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in Reviews and Audits: Assess the outcomes of customer reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Partner with our Customer Lifecycle team to develop a seamless customer experience that integrates privacy considerations.
  • Elevate Privacy Knowledge: Conduct training sessions and create privacy-related resources to enhance the organization's understanding of data protection matters.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in legal matters related to GDPR and data protection, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-Driven and Collaborative: Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Practical Advisor: Capable of providing hands-on, risk-based advice that the business can implement.
  • Flexible: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and view each day as an opportunity to explore and develop your skills.
  • Technical and Security Expertise: Experience in technical and security-related fields is a significant advantage, as GDPR extends beyond just legal aspects.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and adapt to the audience you are engaging with.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead privacy-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
