The Marketing and Communications Specialist will play a crucial role in executing the strategic direction of our brand and influencing the business operation and scale-up. The purpose of this role is to support Sales in communication to create Sell In and Sell Through, driving brand awareness towards a wide audience through digital channels and social media.
This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Malmö. You will be part of a dynamic team at our head office/showroom near Malmö central station, working alongside our global network of agents and co-workers. You are expected to work from our Malmö office 3 days a week, with the option to work remotely 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a yearly marketing activation plan with a 360-degree approach in channels and messaging.
- Design and create communication that highlights key value propositions and aligns with our product and product families' positioning.
- Develop, propose, coordinate, and execute communication plans that support our business objectives and overall plans.
- Create and manage marketing materials and content, including product information, sales material, success stories, and digital tools.
- Develop and maintain the company website.
To be successful in this role, you will have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Marketing and Communications, or equivalent practical experience. You will have previously worked (at least 3-5 years) in:
- Understanding customer needs and communicating value propositions.
- A clear interest in sustainability.
- Developing digital marketing and communications.
- Proficiency in web design.
- Strong social media skills, including channel management and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- German, French, or Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
This is a multi-faceted role that requires a strong understanding of marketing and communications principles. You will be expected to work in an agile and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You will have strong social competence and be able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners.
