About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CAD Administrator to provide high-quality support and management of our global CAD environment, software, and data. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CAD systems, including SolidWorks and Creo, as well as PDM/PLM systems such as SAP CDESK and SAP ECTR.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Administering and managing CAD/PLM software for our R&D/Engineering team,
   • Providing technical support for CAD/PLM users,
   • Preparing and managing software updates, and maintaining CAD software,
   • Monitoring and assisting users with system integration between CAD and PLM systems,
   • Analyzing and troubleshooting SAP PLM integration issues, and keeping system documentation and training material up-to-date,
   • Effective task management and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in a similar position or role within a manufacturing or design organization,
   • Good knowledge of SolidWorks and/or Creo programs,
   • Knowledge of PDM/PLM systems – preferably SAP CDESK and SAP ECTR,
   • Basic programming/scripting skills would be an advantage,
   • Familiarity with ticketing systems and task management,
   • Experience of standardizing project documentation,
   • Higher level of technical education,
   • Fluency in English,
   • A willingness to travel occasionally.
