About the Junior Site Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Instabee as a Junior Site Manager in Luleå. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing our terminal, fleet, and driver operations to ensure outstanding but cost-efficient service delivery.

Your primary objective will be to create a work environment that promotes safety, motivation, and growth among your team members, while also achieving operational efficiency and reducing costs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the site by initiating and implementing tactical and strategic activities and improvement work that aligns with Instabee's long-term strategies and goals.
  • Leading, coaching, and following up with your employees in their respective assignments.
  • Managing sorting and driving operations at the terminal to ensure we meet delivery deadlines without errors.
  • Analyzing and identifying cost drivers and being responsible for achieving a cost-effective business.
  • Managing the scheduling of staff to ensure cost efficiency and staff motivation.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of leadership and teamwork. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in logistics or a related field is highly desirable, as is fluency in both Swedish and English.
