We are seeking a Quality Lead to join our EMEA Fuel Engineering team, which is part of the global Nuclear Fuel Engineering organization. As a key player in our systematic and strategic quality work, you will ensure the highest quality and nuclear safety standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will oversee the screening of issues in our corrective actions program, provide support to issue owners, and lead the Nuclear Fuel Engineering Issue Review Committee meetings.
  • Occasionally, you will lead causal analysis and support issue owners to analyze the cause of issues.
  • You will develop and maintain Quality metrics, monitor trends, and work with the organization to improve performance through multiple quality initiatives.
  • You will support EFE to develop and maintain the Management system (WIMS) and lead the management review.
  • Additionally, you will facilitate the management team in the systematic transformation work and coordinate activities between the groups.
  • You will also work with responsible managers to coordinate EFE activities during audits.
