About the Role:

We're seeking a requirements management expert to join our team at VIPAS AB.

As a requirements management specialist, you'll play a key role in developing systems that drive technology for a smarter and more connected future.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage requirements throughout the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective requirements management strategies.
2. Conduct thorough safety analyses and apply relevant functional safety standards.
3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive requirements management.
4. Analyze and develop high-level system designs.
5. Identify and resolve system issues through functional analysis and testing.
6. Contribute to innovation by developing new ideas and improvements.

Requirements:

We're looking for a candidate with at least four years of experience in requirements management.

Experience with safety-critical systems in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or equivalent is required.

A master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a similar field is necessary.

Strong communication skills are essential.
