About the Role
As a Senior Axiom SL/CV Tech Lead and Engineer, you will be working closely with our multicultural and collaborative team to provide engineering capabilities and expertise in different technologies. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing technical changes in the Capital and Risk Train area, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support applications in an agile development way by coordinating, planning, and driving the required development and technical changes implementation in the Capital and Risk Train.
- Participate in major improvements and development tasks to support our unit in adding value and delivering according to targets.
- Proactively share your knowledge and IT competencies, both on a cross-unit and cross-border basis, to enable the continuing strengthening of competencies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' documented experience in Axiom SL/CV development, including configure/develop data source, create data source and data models, configure or develop ETL Logics, and setup E2E workflows in CV to create regulatory reports and XBRL files.
- Professional experience and/or knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe, including BizDevOps.
- Academic degree in computer sciences, mathematics, or engineering.
- Good understanding of Regulatory Reporting for European Banks.
- Basic understanding of warehouse and reporting solutions such as SAP Business Warehouse.
- Full proficiency in verbal and written English.
