- Evaluate internal controls and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend changes to governance documents and processes based on noted observations.
- Perform audits, controls, and sample testing as per the established annual plan.
- Compile and present quarterly reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes impacting risk management and internal control.
- A bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, finance, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience within Risk Management in the financial sector, alternatively as an internal auditor.
- English and Swedish skills at a business proficient level.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to risk management.
