Job Title: Global Process Owner AP

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Owner AP to join our team at Arjo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for deploying standard processes, managing process governance, monitoring performance, and driving process optimization activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement a target operating model for AP processes
  2. Develop a standard set of process measurements and drive improvements
  3. Coordinate with local AP teams to standardize processes, share best practices, and ensure alignment with end-to-end process objectives
  4. Stay up-to-date with best practices and technology, partnering with Arjo IT and Procurement to standardize AP processes and drive automation
  5. Monitor P2P/AP process performance and efficiency, engage with the business, diagnose problems, and develop a clear business case and action plan to manage unresolved issues and optimize process performance
  6. Establish a consistent control framework for AP and related processes
  7. Collaborate with the VP Finance Operations Center to establish finance process methodology and documentation supporting the finance strategy

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in leading AP process excellence initiatives, including digitalization and automation
  2. Ability to communicate effectively with audiences at different levels in the organization
  3. Familiarity with core AP and payment-related technologies, such as Coupa and M3
  4. Proven experience in process measurement and transformation
  5. Strong influencing skills with the ability to build trust with local teams
  6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
