Job Description

Meet a Group's client, Empir Industry AB, is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join their team as a Senior Active Directory Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, migrating, and developing Active Directory Domain Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Active Directory solutions for client environments
  • Coordinate and specify architectural changes with relevant departments
  • Work on designing and implementing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and hardening AD and client security
  • Analyze client types and their connections to Active Directory, preparing for migration
  • Analyze security status on clients and prepare for security transfer when necessary
  • Support project teams with relevant expertise and solutions to problems
  • Develop migration strategies and technical solutions with client specialists to meet business requirements
  • Provide guidance to project leaders and steering groups on strategies, scenarios, consequences, risk mitigation, etc.
  • Participate in migration activities as needed to ensure high-quality migration work
Requirements
  • More than 5+ years of experience in designing, migrating, and operating on-premise Active Directory with Functional Level Windows Server 2008 R2 to 2022
  • Long-term experience working with client security, designing client images based on Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Experience with image deployment via Microsoft SCCM
  • Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of GPO
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English at various levels within an organization
  • B-class driver's license
