Job Description

BAE Systems Hägglunds AB is expanding and we are looking for a skilled Operations Project Manager to join our team. As an Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to production and support. You will work closely with our customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from bid to delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate and manage project resources and budgets
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a production or support environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
