About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at The Boeing Company. As a key member of our global hosting and deployment team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and services to our cloud-hosted customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers globally to provide system administration and advanced technical support to our Airline Crew and Network & Operations Management systems.
- Assist clients with knowledge injections, proactive problem solving, and daily management of production installations.
- Act as the primary infrastructure contact for the customer and work internally with different teams to ensure issues are resolved with quality and within expected time frames.
- Install and maintain cloud-based servers.
- Support and maintain client's production deployments on a daily basis and 24/7 through periodically on-call assignments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience in Networking/Infrastructure/Sysadmin (Installation, configuration & maintenance).
- VMware.
- Red Hat Linux Enterprise Server.
Preferred Qualifications
- Network design, administration, and troubleshooting, Routers/Firewalls.
- Microsoft Windows Server.
- Microsoft Windows Active Directory.
- Citrix XenApp.
- Citrix Netscaler ADC.
- Cloud computing (provisioning, maintenance).
- Databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Postgres).
- Grafana (monitoring platform).
- Network administration and troubleshooting (NAT/DNS).
- Shell scripting.
- SSL Certificates.
- Experience/knowledge of working with either development, configuration, support, or infrastructure of Jeppesen Crew and Network Operations products.
- Exceed Turbo X.
- Python, Ansible.
- Univa / Altair Grid Engine.
- Experience with IPA, SAML, LDAP, and similar technologies.

- Ability to perform troubleshooting under time pressure.
