Din roll

Vi söker en erfaren mjukvaruingenjör som vill jobba tillsammans med oss för att förverkliga våra kunders komplexa lösningar. Du kommer att ha en bred och spännande roll som senior utvecklare och du blir en stöttepelare i alla de olika problemställningarna kunden har, som spänner från mjukvaruarkitekturdetaljer till test- och verifieringsstrategier.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
  • Designa, utveckla och underhålla kodbasen för ett av våra kundprojekt
  • Samarbeta fram features tillsammans med stakeholders
  • Säkerställa kvalitén på kod genom att skapa automatiserade testfall, där det är applicerbart
  • Leda, facilitera eller delta i code reviews när så behövs
  • Som senior teammedlem leda, inspirera och bidra till innovation, effektivisering, optimering och kvalitetssäkring i det dagliga arbetet

Som person är du driven av teknisk innovation och problemlösning, men samtidigt skall du vara en god kommunikatör och lyssnare. Du behöver kunna lyssna in för att sedan kunna föra konstruktiva dialoger med dina kollegor, samtidigt som du kan agera ledare och förgrundsfigur gentemot stakeholders när så krävs. Du känner dig trygg i dina tekniska kunskaper (även om du inte vet allt) och du delar gärna med dig av dem till övriga teamet.

Krav
  • BSc eller MSc inom Data, Mjukvara, Elektro, Mekatronik, eller liknande
  • Jobbat flera år med mjukvaruutveckling, gärna i hårdvarunära språk så som C/C++
  • Erfarenhet av att hantera Linux-system
  • Inställningen att CI är en självklarhet för att skapa kvalitetssäkrad kod
  • Övergripande förståelse för elektronisk hårdvara och hårdvaruintegration
  • God problemlösningsförmåga och förmåga att möta personer med erfarenheter som skiljer sig från dina
  • Erfarenhet av att jobba med kodstandard (MISRA eller liknande)
  • Positiv inställning till livet i allmänhet och jobbet i synnerhet
Meriterande
  • Erfarenhet av programmering eller skriptning i Python, Shell, C/CAPL, eller liknande
  • Erfarenhet av utveckling av realtidsmjukvara, så som Linux, QNX, RTOS, eller liknande
  • Jenkins- och/eller GitLab-kunskaper
  • Erfarenhet från att jobba med verktyg för testramverk och CI-pipelines
  • Har erfarenhet av att jobba med Funktionell Säkerhet så som ISO26262 eller annan standard
  • ISTQB-CTFL
