Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that drives accelerated user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • User Acquisition: Lead paid and organic acquisition strategies, identifying and optimizing key channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, partnerships, referrals) to grow the user base effectively.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Own and optimize the onboarding, engagement, and upgrade funnels to convert free users to paid subscribers.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform decisions. Use A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and improve performance.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or a related field, ideally within the health, wellness, or subscription app industry. Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and growth experimentation platforms is required.

A track record of driving measurable growth through innovative and scalable strategies is essential. Experience with mobile app growth strategies, particularly in health or wellness industries, is a plus.
