About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our Operations team. As a key member of the global operations management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success of our operations. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve financial performance, and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
* Oversee all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring robust financial management and strategic insights to support business objectives.* Lead and manage the finance team, developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.* Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.* Develop and implement financial models for simulating downturn scenarios and managing financial risks.* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.* Provide actionable insights to the Operations leadership team and relevant stakeholders.* Foster a culture of financial awareness and accountability within the operations team.

**Requirements**
* Proven experience in a senior financial management role within the construction or automotive industry.* Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations specific to these sectors.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the industry.* Strong leadership and team management abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.* Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in an operational finance leadership role within the construction or automotive industry, including prior work within an operational management team.* In-depth knowledge of industry-specific financial practices and regulations.
