Senior Biology Instructor

Are you passionate about teaching and research in Biology? Do you have a strong background in cell biology, molecular biology, physiology, ecology, and toxicology? We are seeking a talented individual to join our faculty as a Senior Lecturer/Lecturer in Biology.

As a lecturer in Biology, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing course materials, and supporting students in their academic education. You will also contribute to educational development and foster connections across academia, industry, and environmental sectors.

Teaching encompasses supervision, examination, course planning, and evaluation. A lecturer at Örebro University is expected to spend their working hours mainly on teaching, primarily at the bachelor's level, and on any associated public engagement activities.

For this position, we are looking for an individual with strong teaching competence in cell biology, molecular biology, physiology, ecology, and toxicology. The successful candidate will have experience in university-level education and a commitment to fostering student engagement and learning.
