At Management Events, we're seeking a skilled Client Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Client Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of high-level decision-makers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging with high-level decision-makers in your target market
  • Initiating contact with C-level Executives by phone and on LinkedIn to excite them about our concept
  • Demonstrating the value of our service and convincing them to become part of our exclusive business network in personal scheduled videocall meetings
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives
  • Learning more about their interests, investments plans and upcoming projects
  • Developing and executing strategies to expand our network and build valuable relationships, by knowing your customers key challenges and focus areas
  • Contributing to the overall growth and success of Management Events

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Passion for connecting with key industry players and driving business growth
  • Proactive approach and eagerness towards connecting with new clients and overcoming challenges
  • Ideal experience in a commercial and/or client-facing role (e.g. hospitality, sales, customer service, etc.)
  • Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and English
