Quality Assurance Director Role

The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in a Quality leadership position and a university degree in engineering or equivalent. They should also have a strong understanding of production and product development and be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
The Quality Assurance Director will collaborate closely with the technical team at Rusta´s headquarter, global sourcing offices, global suppliers, and product development teams to maintain high levels of quality in all our products and deliver low prices for our customers.
In this role, you will drive continuous improvements in products, material development, and ways of working and lead and coach the global quality team to develop competence and work together.
