About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Mondelez International. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and control systems, with experience in programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PLC systems, HMIs, and other industrial automation devices.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and implement modifications to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications performed, and executing planned preventive maintenance programs for control systems, automation equipment, and instrumentation.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.
