About the Job

As a Senior Railway Signalling Software Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the software configuration of Interlocking (IXL) systems meets the highest standards. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Take part in the execution of IXL application design activities for signalling projects
- Adopt the Alstom application design process
- Ensure delivery according to project schedules and quality commitments
- Support the Project IXL design leader and V&V manager in design issues debugging
- Contribute to the definition of software package deliverables to the Verification & Validation team
- Manage the handover to the Installation, Testing & Commissioning team

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Transport or equivalent
  • 1 year in IXL and/or TMS and/or ERTMS application design or 1 year experience in relevant positions in a highly complex environment (railway signalling, aerospace, defense)
  • English and Swedish language skills
  • Understanding of the railway traffic control system
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and effective time management
  • A proactive and resourceful approach
  • Sense of urgency
