Om rollen

Som Recruiting Strategist hos Svea Solar Sweden kommer du att fokusera på våra avdelningar inom Sales & Commercial där du stöttar dina rekryterande chefer på bästa sätt i talangförsörjningen till respektive roll.

Du rapporterar till mig, Joakim Karlsson, och får två fantastiska kollegor i Anton Öberg & Linnea Strand.

Förutsättningar för rollen

  • Har dokumenterad erfarenhet från att ha jobbat med rekrytering i en stark säljorganisation.
  • Ansvarat för hela rekryteringsprocessen av olika senioritetsnivåer inkluderat search, uppstartsmöten, intervjuer enligt kompetensbaserad metod, skriva annonser med mera.
  • Har coachat och supportat Hiring Managers eller kunder inom rekrytering.
  • Har mycket god kommunikationsförmåga i svenska och har lätt för att skapa och upprätthålla goda relationer.
  • Har högt självledarskap och driver egna initiativ från början till slut samt tar eget ansvar över struktur och måluppfyllnad.
  • Har möjlighet att utgå från Alviks Strand i Stockholm.
