About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments in this region.

Job Responsibilities

  1. You will start by familiarizing yourself with our product portfolio and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders through product training.

  2. Identify and analyze new customers while providing ongoing service to existing customers, using your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships.

  3. You will plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments to drive business growth.

  4. Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.

  5. Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.

  6. Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner during order follow-up.

  7. Work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure customer service levels are best in class.

Requirements

  1. Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related fields.

  2. Strong understanding of anatomy is an advantage, but not mandatory.

  3. A diploma/degree, preferably in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or any other relevant areas or technical career.

  4. Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish is required.

  5. A valid driver's license is necessary for regular customer visits.
