We seek a seasoned Information Security Officer to strengthen our Security department's capabilities in risk management, incident response, and security awareness. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and mitigate potential risks, develop effective security measures, and provide expert guidance on security-related matters.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust security protocols, conducting regular security assessments, and developing training programs to educate employees on security best practices. Your technical expertise, coupled with your ability to communicate complex concepts effectively, will enable you to build trust and credibility with colleagues across various departments.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.
  2. Security Measures: Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including access controls, encryption, and secure data storage solutions.
  3. Security Awareness: Design and deliver engaging training programs to educate employees on security best practices, phishing threats, and other relevant topics.
  4. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards for information security, including Swedish governmental comsec (signalskydd) guidelines.
  5. Incident Response: Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to respond to security incidents, containing and resolving issues efficiently.
