Your role

Come and join our team of experts within the Security department at BA Dynamics as one of our specialists within Information Security. The Security department is a staff function within Business Support where we also have competences within IT, Quality incl. GDPR, Environment, Export Control, Ethics & Compliance and Facility.

We are now looking for a driven and experienced person, passionate about security in general and especially within Information security. As an Information Security Officer, you will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of the everyday business alongside complex IT environments and projects with high business impact.

In your role as an Information Security Officer at Dynamics, you will be responsible for analyzing and support the business in their risk mitigations. You will also support the business handling external and internal security demands and raising security awareness and be part in handling security incidents.

Your main tasks will be:

Information and communication security management (including Swedish governmental comsec i.e. "signalskydd")
Risk management
Incident management
Security accreditation
Teaching, training and presentations
Provide subject matter expertise and support in tender processes, due diligence of vendors, support legal and contractual management within the area of security for the BA

The security function at Business Area Dynamics is a team consisting of competences such as site security, security administration, information security and security risk management among other things. As Information Security officer you will report to BA Dynamics Head of Security.

Your profileRequired skills:

A university degree or equivalent competence acquired through work life experience in information security, risk management, computer science, systems engineering or similar.
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with integrity and excellent skill to cooperate with others.

Desired skills:

Certification within the area of information security such as CISM or CISSP.
Experience from working with Swedish protective security.
Experience from information security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST or other similar frameworks.
Leadership/management experience.
Experience from working in government or in a global company including understanding of information security related issues in the business process.

Personal qualities will be of great importance and it is paramount that you are trustworthy with strong ethics and personal integrity and willing to undergo background screening and/or personality assessments to verify this.

Business trips, mainly in Sweden but also internationally, is frequently occurring. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
