We're currently seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team and drive our campaigns to success.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional results. Your main objective will be to ensure the correct and efficient delivery of content to the right audience across various digital platforms.

You will work closely with our internal departments to guarantee seamless collaboration and communicate efficiently with clients and influencers. Your expertise in project management, campaign planning, and budgeting will be essential in driving our campaigns forward.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to work. If you have a passion for digital marketing and are driven to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional results.
  2. Campaign Planning: Develop project plans for influencer marketing campaigns, considering client objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.
  3. Budget Management: Manage client partnerships through planning, budgeting, contracting, and forecasts.
  4. Business Development: Proactively develop additional business initiatives for existing clients.
  5. Communication: Handle daily client and influencer communication efficiently and resolve issues.
  6. Campaign Execution: Execute campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all elements are delivered within deadlines and scope.
  7. KPI Monitoring: Ensure relevant campaign KPIs are accurate, monitored, and met.
  8. Evaluation and Follow-up: Conduct post-project evaluations and follow-ups with clients.
  9. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
  10. Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting results and recommendations.
  11. Collaboration: Work across internal departments to guarantee seamless collaboration.
  12. Networking: Network with contacts, influencers, and people relevant to our business.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Relevant postgraduate or professional degree in marketing and/or communication.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in influencer marketing from an agency or brand.
  3. Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and influencers.
  5. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using campaign management software and analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  6. Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative campaign ideas and solutions.
