Insurance Client Service Expert

Our TeamWe are an inclusive, diverse team united through trust, passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. Our team consists of 20 Client Coordinators based in Stockholm and Gothenburg, working closely together to deliver high-quality client services.
Job RoleWe are looking for a skilled Associate Client Service Advisor to join our Client Coordinator team in Sweden. As an Associate Client Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing existing clients with daily service, acting as the clients' first point of contact, collaborating with colleagues, communicating with clients and insurers, supporting client owner in the renewal process, participating and documenting client meetings, quality assurance of client related documents, revenue booking/invoicing, general and ongoing administration, global coordination with other Aon countries, and maintaining supporting systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing clients with daily service
- Act as the clients' first point of contact
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client services
- Communicate with clients and insurers to ensure smooth operations
- Support client owner in the renewal process to ensure timely completion
- Participate and document client meetings to maintain accurate records
- Ensure quality assurance of client related documents to maintain high standards
- Manage revenue booking/invoicing to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Perform general and ongoing administration tasks to support team operations
- Maintain supporting systems to ensure efficient operations
- Third level degree
- Proficient in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
- Genuine interest in understanding clients' businesses and helping them thrive
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and energy for the job, strong work ethic, self-starter who is comfortable working on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to operate under pressure and handle deadlines
- Numeracy and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
