About the Role

You will be responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit's MSP "Managed Service Provider" services to our clients. Based in Sweden, you will be working closely with vendors, client hiring managers and Magnit cross-functional teams, utilizing our award-winning software - VMS to ensure smooth service delivery.

CLIENT RELATED RESPONSIBILITY:

DAILY:

  1. Work directly with hiring managers and/or other relevant customer contacts to facilitate staff augmentation needs and all related transactions;
  2. Own and operate operational meetings with dedicated hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders;
  3. Prepare job descriptions and requisitions;
  4. Review resumes, conduct phone screening, submit candidates to hiring managers for their review;
  5. Coordinate interviews with candidates, suppliers and hiring managers;
  6. Bill Rate negotiations and evaluation of candidates;
  7. Administration related to projects, projects' extensions etc.;
  8. Supplier relations, setting-up new suppliers, informing suppliers about standards, processes and ways of working;
  9. Answering suppliers' and customers' questions;
  10. Daily contact with strategic suppliers on the specific market to ensure a steady flow and pipeline;
  11. Serving the client with strategic market insights based on client specific needs.

MONTHLY:

  1. Schedule and conduct meetings with key suppliers to inform about ways of working and to build strong and long term relationships;
  2. Support with time chasing and administration tasks related to invoicing;
  3. Support Operations Manager/Program Managers with customer related reporting;
  4. Participate in operational meetings with customers;
  5. Initiate and operate continuous improvement work strategy together with clients and relevant teams to meet the customer plan;

YEARLY:

  1. Support Operation Manager/Program Manager with customer related reporting.

MAGNIT INTERNAL RESPONSIBILITY:

DAILY:

  1. Communicate possible improvements and optimization related to internal processes (including the VMS);
  2. Monitor and escalate all issues related to daily operations or internal processes to ensure efficient management and improvement.

MONTHLY:

  1. Join monthly Nordic Staff Meetings;
  2. Join the Global Town Halls.

YEARLY:

  1. Engage in at least one internal project per year (i.e. project aiming for internal efficiencies, planning and executing social functions etc.);
  2. Conduct and pass any internal educations assigned to the individual.

GOALS:

  1. Together with the program teams, ensure that the first class service is delivered to the clients and suppliers;
  2. Become an expert advisor within the area of responsibility;
  3. Contribute to the development of internal processes and ways of working;
  4. Add value to clients by providing relevant market insights.

ABILITIES:

  1. Team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Swedish (Danish or Finnish a plus);
  2. Thorough with attention to detail;
  3. Ability to structure and prioritize work efficiently;
  4. Ability to cope with a high pace environment;
  5. Ability to independently resolve problems in daily operations;
  6. Ability to manage stress and peaks in work load;
  7. Ability to support multiple customers in a complex operational environment;
  8. Ability to fully understand the business and be the expert guide within the client specific area.
