Job Description:

This position involves working on various types of equipment, including electronic, mechatronic, electromechanical, and mechanical devices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of automation principles and be able to apply them to real-world situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dismantle, examine, clean, fix, adjust, test, and carry out routine maintenance on standard equipment and systems.
  • Employ troubleshooting tools to aid in problem-solving.
  • Offer technical knowledge to assist in evaluating and deciding on essential modifications to the PM schedule for instruments/devices.
  • Note and report unusual functionality of equipment or circumstances and initiate corrective action.
  • ID suppliers for spares, estimate costs, and prepare requisitions.
  • Undertake routine tours as required by business demands.
  • Give technical guidance when purchasing equipment.
  • Coordinate with clients' personnel and external vendors during equipment calibration, repair, and use.
  • When necessary, put in and/or update firmware and module components.
  • Adhere to corporate policies, processes, and benchmarks as per RISE.
  • Pursue duties in compliance with relevant safety rules and procedures.
  • Anticipated to safeguard workspace and conduct threat evaluations prior to beginning job tasks.
