About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Executive Trainee program at Sandvik AB. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Group CEO and CFO, providing support with presentations, management team meetings, and various projects and analyses.

About Your Responsibilities

As the finance business partner to the Group CEO, CFO, and General Counsel, you'll be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to drive business decisions. You'll also serve as the secretary for the Executive Management Team, gaining a unique helicopter perspective on how to drive an international industrial company.

About Your Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a strong academic record, preferably with a university degree in business or finance. You should have one to three years of work experience from a Big Four firm, a consultancy, or as a business controller. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, and you should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
