Unreal Engine Developer for Immersive Experiences

We are seeking a highly skilled Unreal Engine developer with expertise in computer graphics development to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating immersive virtual experiences using the latest sensing technologies.
About the Role:
You will be working in a close-knit multi-disciplinary team consisting of 3D artists, game programmers, and engineers. Your primary focus will be on UE4 C++ based development, creating prototypes within Unreal Engine, and evaluating them. The role offers creative independence, allowing you to realize your own ideas and find your own approach to solving problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of experienced developers and artists in creating immersive virtual experiences.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine, C++, and blueprints.
- Create and develop effects that wow our customers.
- Design and implement interactive experiences for various environments, including 360-degree projection rooms, large-scale LED and projection walls, and AR and VR headsets.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine real-time graphics, performance, and optimizing content.
- Stay adaptable to a fast and frequently changing work environment.
- Bring creative ideas and new ways to wow people.
- Strive for perfection and resolve technical challenges.
- Communicate effectively with the team on both a technical and creative basis.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine, C++, and blueprints.
- Ability to create and develop effects that wow our customers.
- Good understanding of interaction design and user experience.
- Good understanding of real-time graphics, performance, and optimizing content.
- Adaptable to a fast and frequently changing work environment.
- Creative mind - Brings exciting ideas and new ways to wow people.

- An eye for both details and able to see the full picture.
- Likes problem-solving and has an ability to think creatively and resolve technical challenges.
