About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at TN Sweden.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative procurement strategies, classifying and segmenting suppliers, and managing the approved supplier list. You will also analyze spend patterns, mitigate risks, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, conduct audits, find new suppliers, and onboard them, drive supplier development, and phase in and out suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative category strategies to drive value and efficiency in our procurement processes.
  • Analyze spend patterns, mitigate risks, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, conduct audits, and onboard new suppliers to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Manage a diverse supplier base with a wide variety of items across different categories and regions, adapting strategies for diverse suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and actively contribute as part of the sustainability team, focusing on reducing CO2 emissions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sourcing, strategic purchasing, or supply chain roles, with a strong understanding of supply chain management and contract negotiation.
  • Good financial skills to evaluate total supplier costs, and proficiency in relevant IT systems, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong technical understanding, including the ability to read and comprehend technical drawings.
  • Effective under pressure with strong logical and analytical thinking.
  • Results-oriented, solution-focused, persuasive, influential, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
