About the Role
As part of the Client Services Department, you will work with vendor management and external workforce solutions for our customers. This open position as a Procurement Specialist will primarily focus on Magnit's clients delivering an integrated MSP (Managed Service Provider) solution. Magnit's customers are well-known brands, spanning over multiple areas within both the private and governmental sector, allowing you to work with different customer brands and branches over time.
You will work operationally with our clients' external workforce program, collaborating closely with clients' stakeholders and the supplier network on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that our clients' consultancy needs are exposed to the right vendors, establishing sustainable and transparent business relations, ensuring contractual compliance, evaluating offers, and sharing knowledge and market insights with our customers.
You are expected to take responsibility for your own work, collaborate closely with your team, and contribute to continuous improvements. We find you to be result-driven and always aiming to deliver a high-quality service, acting as the "Expert guide" when delivering external workforce solutions to our customers.
We offer a flexible work environment with an office policy allowing remote work up to 2-3 days a week. An expected minimum to work from our office is 2 days/week and onsite at customer office locations within the Stockholm region if and when required. Magnit's office is located in Stockholm city.
Who we are looking for:
- 2-5 years experience working with operational procurement / external workforce / recruitment end-to-end process
- Higher education and/or certificates within procurement, economics, IT, business management or equal work experience
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Swedish
- Understanding of contract and supplier management

- Experience working with statement of work assignments, either in a role within operational procurement or as a supplier, offering project-based/team deliveries.
