Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with national and international teams to lead HR projects, such as Workday upgrades and leadership initiatives.
  • Design and implement HR processes that support our organizational growth and expansion.
  • Partner with senior leaders to execute structural changes and improvements.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on defining and implementing strategic HR processes.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP, providing support and coaching to managers.
  • Extensive knowledge of Swedish employment legislation and collective agreements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
