  2. Ensure a high culture of safety and quality, excellent service levels, cost-effectiveness, and high customer satisfaction for all manufactured equipment.
  3. Foster a strong customer-oriented culture within the teams and ensure that all work aligns with the overall BU strategy.
  4. Develop various departments by coaching employees, enhancing their skills, identifying development needs, and creating training programs.

The successful candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering and experience in quality and improvement processes.
