We are dedicated to delivering great online shopping experiences and are seeking a Head of Delivery Experience to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.

About The Role

As the Head of Delivery Experience, you will drive the transformation of our delivery service to improve the customer experience. Your focus will be on ensuring successful performance across the Nordic markets, leading a small internal team and an external network of partners. Your aim will be to accelerate our fulfillment into a vibrant service for merchants and customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing our FBC service, including executing go-to-market tactics and activities, to meet set objectives and expand business.
  • Ensuring we offer a fast and reliable fulfillment service that meets the logistics needs of our merchants.
  • Day-to-day responsibility for our warehouse (3PL) and transport partners, building a strong supply chain ecosystem to secure fast and reliable fulfillment operations.
  • Leading efforts in continuous optimisation and adaptation of our requirements and instructions.
  • Driving development and securing the right prerequisites for a highly satisfied delivery experience for our customers across the Nordic markets.
  • Ensuring our merchants deliver their orders in a timely manner and with high customer satisfaction in the direct deliveries model.
  • Supporting our merchants with information, data, and guidance to continuously improve their performance.
  • Analysing logistical data to continuously optimise and improve our efforts, and reporting results to the management team and the company.
  • Creating an organisational setup to best match the competence, requirements, and workflows needed to succeed with our strategy.
  • Leading and coaching your team to create a culture with a strong passion and a focus on customer engagement.
  • Acting as an internal ambassador for fulfillment services, participating in business development as an SME in logistics.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in logistics leadership, preferably in an e-commerce setting or a management consulting background within e-commerce and supply chain management.
  • Strong operational and strategic skills with the ability to manage both daily operations and long-term strategic planning.
  • Strong drive and a proven record in leading strategic initiatives.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in customer dialogues and ability to promote services.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management with the ability to lead a network of external service providers to achieve key business objectives.
  • Comfortable with switching between planning and detail-focused execution and validation in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven record of leading B2C teams, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching abilities to foster collaboration and empower team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and lead with data-driven decisions.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • University degree in business, management, logistics, or related field.
