We recognize that a foundational and operational model change is essential, and we are looking to add a Product Structure Expert to facilitate and expedite our progress.

Your Impact:
Documenting our products is essential and serves as a core capability for the Electromobility organization, as well as for downstream processes. In this role, you will play a crucial part.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Structure Expert, you will be tasked with documenting our products in key systems such as KOLA (KOnstruktionsdata LAstvagnar), utilizing input from our engineering teams. You will be instrumental in connecting with our manufacturing colleagues and will serve as one of the domain experts within the organization, continuously supporting, guiding, and occasionally training engineering peers.
You will take the initiative to drive necessary changes to document new product types.
Qualifications:
• Master of Science or equivalent university degree, or relevant experience
• Proven experience in driving Product Structure and Documentation within a global organization
• Strong project management capabilities, ideally within the automotive sector
• Leadership and people management skills
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
• A holistic perspective with a strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
• Recognized for being self-motivated and capable of navigating uncertainty
• Desirable: Familiarity with Volvo processes and tools, particularly DVP (development process), agile principles, and methodologies
