About the Position

  • Serve as a key member of Grale's team, contributing to the development and implementation of our recruitment strategy.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, setting individual career goals and tracking progress to ensure accountability and high standards.
  • Foster a positive team culture, enhancing engagement and optimizing processes to drive results and alignment with Grale's mission.
  • Establish and drive processes such as onboarding, salary reviews, and performance reviews, supporting HR functions like documentation, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Champion Grale's values, promoting a culture of ambition, teamwork, and results-driven excellence.

  • Demonstrate strong recruitment skills, with proven experience in identifying, attracting, onboarding, and retaining high-performing individuals.
  • Excel in tracking and evaluating employee performance metrics effectively, driving a performance-oriented mindset.
  • Showcase HR knowledge, familiarity with processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Display assertive and proactive behavior, providing feedback, setting boundaries, and driving accountability.
  • Share a genuine interest in Grale's mission to make a positive global impact.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational and communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English.
