Job Description: Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Brödernas Restauranger. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Supervise and develop a team of up to 15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor sales, and implement cost-saving measures to maintain profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling: Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Labor Costs: Monitor labor costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce expenses.
- Marketing: Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and adjusting plans as needed.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles, including financial management, marketing, and human resources.
