Main Responsibilities- EHS Program Development: Develop and implement effective EHS programs to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- EHS Training and Education: Provide training and education to employees on EHS-related topics to promote a safety-first culture.
- EHS Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report EHS metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Qualifications: Strong knowledge and understanding of laboratory safety, industrial hygiene, industrial safety principles, biological safety, and a consistent record in maturing programs and processes.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of environment and safety experience required, EH & S experience in the biomanufacturing industry required.
