**Job Description**

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Formal Verification Engineer to spearhead our formal verification efforts. This role demands a strong background in formal techniques, preferably with at least 5 years of industry experience and 4 years focused on formal verification. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of digital logic, synthesis flow, static timing analysis, and formal checking.

**Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement an end-to-end formal verification flow to meet our formal verification goals.
  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to team members on using formal verification tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with design and verification teams to review formal setups and proofs.
  • Develop and maintain assertion libraries, ensuring they work seamlessly for both simulation and formal verification.
  • Create formal verification plans and build verification environments, including necessary assumptions, assertions, and cover properties.
  • Apply formal verification methods to validate digital design correctness and troubleshoot RTL to pinpoint failure causes.

**Requirements**

  • Deep understanding of digital logic and architectures.
  • Experience with synthesis flow, static timing analysis, and formal checking.
  • Practical skills with HDLs like Verilog or System Verilog.
  • Familiarity with temporal logic assertions.
  • Proficiency with at least one formal verification tool, such as Jasper or VC-Formal.
  • Background in complex verification projects using formal techniques.
  • Scripting language skills, particularly Python, Perl, or Shell (a plus).
