Women's Ready-to-Wear Stock Controller

The Prada Group is seeking a highly skilled stock controller to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory effectively, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate products according to company guidelines to ensure their care and protection.
  • Manage daily goods receipt and storage, adhering to company procedures and criteria while optimizing timing efficiency.
  • Arrange shop-to-shop and returns transfers in line with company guidelines and timelines.
  • Prepare E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) to guarantee required service levels.
  • Process damaged products, non-sellable items (On Hold, Consignment ...), and products under repair.
  • Organize packaging and stationery physically and digitally.
  • Maintain display objects systems.
  • Contribute to uniform flow management.
  • Support gift flow management.
  • Ensure product protection and packaging for both store displays and shipments, including E-Commerce packages.
  • In case of theft, adopt company guidelines regarding communication and documentation.
  • Assist in prompt investigations of system-related issues.
  • Manage product movement and related documentation, recording transactions in the IT system.
  • Participate in organizing and executing physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timelines.
  • Support warehouse activities related to sales.
  • Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the Stock Manager to optimize available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager).
  • Support Sales Associates in sales processes and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team when needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Keep records updated and organize archives monthly.
  • Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and company procedures from relevant managers and Headquarters.
