IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team as a Local Service Expert. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our local IT infrastructure and facilities.

• Provide technical support and maintenance to local IT infrastructure and facilities
• Actively monitor and resolve IT-related issues through our IT management system
• Participate in the Telephone Helpdesk team to provide support to end-users via phone
• Work independently on local IT projects coordinated by the IT European Local Services Manager
• Support European implementation and upgrade projects in the areas of IT infrastructure and operations
• Support tools, software, and services for all local offices
• Write documentation and procedures for colleagues and end-users
• Collaborate with suppliers and order IT materials
• Actively train colleagues to understand and support new technology

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent through experience
• Fluency in Swedish and English, and knowledge of other European languages is an asset
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and 365 products
• Strong knowledge of Wide Area Solutions
• Good knowledge of IT data center technology (DHCP, AD, DNS, SAN, NAS,...)
• Good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems
• Good knowledge of common client software (VPN, encryption, PDF software,...)
• Knowledge of common ITSM platforms
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with IT client hardware for businesses (laptops, desktops,...)
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices (iPhone, Android,...)
• Basic experience with solutions for software distribution
• Basic experience with Citrix technology
• Experience working in an international environment
