Digital Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our team at Volvo Group Digital & IT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable transport solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the team backlog, ensuring that it is visible, transparent, and understood by all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager and other teams to develop and maintain digital products that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Secure that the digital product is developed and maintained in compliance with given architecture, security requirements, and digital product strategy until decommissioning is completed.
- Manage dependencies and collaborate with other teams and business partners, as needed.
- Contribute to digital product roadmap and capacity planning.
- Clarify team purpose, strategy, and business priorities in partnership with the Digital Product Manager.
- Responsible for team and culture development to secure proper capacity and capability for its delivery.
- Proven track record in product-oriented work, with a strong team collaboration and coordination abilities in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
- University exam or bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- Competent in the requirement management process and coordination in larger projects, programs, or Epics, at more senior level and may lead pre-studies.
- Support the business in prioritizing the scope in selecting/designing optimal Process & IT solutions based on stakeholder requirements and end-user needs.
- Develop solutions for B2B integrations according to principles and EDI guidelines.
