As a key player in our growth trajectory, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within the e-commerce retail sector. Your primary goal will be to identify, develop, qualify, and close sales opportunities that meet the specific needs of prospective clients.

About the role:

  • You will play a pivotal role in our expansion plans, leveraging your sales and industry expertise to tailor solutions that address the unique challenges of e-commerce retailers.
  • Your success will be founded on your ability to forge strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, utilizing both inbound leads and outbound strategies
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their business challenges and tailor solutions that align with their objectives
  • Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within prospect organizations
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy
  • Provide insights and feedback from the market to help shape product development and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold SaaS solutions to companies in the e-commerce retail sector
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is preferred
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
