About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate to join our Nordic Tender Team, covering Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. This hybrid role will be based in Sweden, with the ideal candidate residing in the Malmo/Lund/Helisingborg area.

This is a new role designed for early-career hires, where you will work as a proactive, creative, and team-oriented individual. The role will enable you to develop your technical knowledge in functions such as Contract, Public procurement, and Quotes, starting point of business in the Nordics. You will also gain a deep understanding of our business and company values, as well as create a unique network to kick-start your career.

Your Responsibilities:


• Create quotes and contracts for specific product areas across all Nordics.

• Participate actively in ongoing public tenders.

• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders for campaign, event, and training alignment, design, planning, and execution (Product Marketing, Local Marketing, Sales & Business Development, Business support).

• Interact and closely collaborate with Business Unit Managers, Account Managers, EMEA Tender Teams (best practices).

• Serve as a contact point for contractual queries and proactively work on solving customer requests.

• Explore opportunities to drive efficiency and implement best practices for the product group and contracts.

• Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply with all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.

What We're Looking for in You:


• Recent Graduate (post 2022) with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business.

• Understanding and experience of LEAN would be beneficial but not essential.

• English C1 level + a native Nordics language (Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, and/or Danish).

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong presentation, writing, and organizational skills.

• Adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools and approaches that will be exposed to.

• Curiosity in finding more efficient ways of working.

• This position is hybrid-based, 2 days a week at the office.
