Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Specialist to join our team at We IT Global AB. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust data protection compliance program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data Protection Policies
    • Establish and maintain a comprehensive data protection compliance program that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the secure handling and processing of personal data.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and Compliance Audits
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential data protection risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Perform compliance audits to ensure that our organization's data protection policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Provide Training and Awareness
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data protection best practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on data protection-related matters.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business stakeholders, to ensure that data protection is integrated into all aspects of our organization.
    • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure that they are compliant with our data protection policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience working with data protection and compliance in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • The Swedish language is a merit.
