About the Role

We are seeking an expert application specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide comprehensive customer training, ensuring full functionality of solutions, including configuration, calibration, controls, and troubleshooting with related digital solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with regional specialists to efficiently manage and follow up on customer cases, maintain accurate documentation in CRM and other relevant databases for case handling and reporting, offer product and application expertise in customer interactions, tenders, and product life cycle management, innovate training approaches by using global and regional initiatives, stay informed on product developments and competitor activities, and support sales teams in opportunity development.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive customer training and ensure full functionality of solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional specialists to manage and follow up on customer cases.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and other relevant databases.
